Especially as a company that works in the field of plastics production, it is very important to us to produce in a sustainable and environmentally conscious manner and also to make our customers aware of environmentally friendly products and production options. We already process recycled film and offer both granulates and recycled trays. Plastic trays, blister packs, plastic inserts, plastic inserts, plastic covers and praline inserts made from recycled raw materials to protect our environment and conserve natural resources. In general, all our packaging products and packaging are recyclable.

This applies to both new and already recycled raw materials. For many years now, we have been using as many sustainable regenerated plastics as possible. In recent years, however, the quality of the reclaimed plastics available on the market has improved significantly, so that we can now produce food packaging made from one hundred per cent reclaimed plastic, for example. In addition, the use of recycled raw materials is generally cheaper and therefore more economical than the use of virgin materials.

Sustainable construction and environmentally conscious Design

Minimising the use of raw materials to conserve resources is achieved by reducing the wall thickness of our plastic moulded parts as much as possible. At the same time, the product geometry is technically optimised to ensure sufficient product stability.

The focus of our Advice: environmentally friendly Reusable Systems

Our advisory service attaches great importance to demonstrating the benefits of environmentally friendly reusable systems.
As an option to plastic applications, we offer high-quality cardboard solutions in all packaging areas – including for ESD applications with electrically conductive properties. These cardboard products are predominantly made from recycled raw materials.
