New moulded part solutions and special cardboard applications
Every month, our company designs, develops, samples and produces between 15 and 20 new products in the field of plastic packaging and productive plastic parts. With many years of experience, our technical development team has acquired a wealth of expertise that we are happy to make available to customers from all sectors of industry. In recent years, we have perfected the loose parts technology in toolmaking and develop moulded parts with very large undercuts, e.g. plastic containers with partial undercuts or decorative trim for car wing mirrors.
In the area of semi-finished products (these are our raw materials in plastics processing), we work closely with our suppliers in order to be able to assess and utilise the latest developments on the plastics market at an early stage.
These include, for example, products made from PLA films, which are not based on petroleum but on plant-based raw materials and are therefore compostable. This type of film is also available in crystal-clear versions, which are very suitable for blister packaging, transparent packaging, clamshell packaging and plastic trays.
We also use plastics for LCD and PCB production that are rubberised on both sides and also have dissipative properties. This ensures abrasion protection and ESD protection at the same time. This material can also be used for the production of lockable protective covers and partial plastic housings.
In the field of folding cartons, cardboard packaging and blanks, we develop a wide range of solutions for individual requirements. For example, we supply folding cartons and shipping cartons according to precisely defined specifications; as shown here, wet strength glued according to US standard Tappi 812 for overseas transport (see also BFSV Institute in Hamburg).
