Modern Production Facilities CNC Post-Processing
We manufacture our plastic moulded parts (also known as plastic moulded parts) on modern production facilities. As we can produce moulded parts with an initial thickness of 0.2 to 12 millimetres, we use both automatic roll forming machines and automatic plate forming machines.
Exact Mould sharpness
Our production machines are capable of producing with compressed air support and, in some cases, vacuum on both sides. This achieves precise shape for the moulded parts while at the same time minimising the temperature load on the thermoplastics.
Large Undercut Areas
In addition, loose parts in the thermoforming tools can be controlled pneumatically and hydraulically in all production systems, so that we can also realise large undercut areas in the moulded part. This technology has a wide range of applications, particularly in the manufacture of plastic housings and protective covers.
CNC-controlled Post-processing
Punching Units
Our machines for post-processing the moulded parts are also diverse. All types of punching units are available here. This means that 2D die-cutting as well as 3D die-cutting and multi-level die-cutting are no problem.
5-Axis Milling Machine
Thanks to the 3-dimensional processing of moulded parts on a modern CNC 5-axis milling machine, we can of course realise individual customer requirements.
